A spontaneous album of improvised noise compositions to purge the creative hiatus of surgery,
Showcasing some writing of mine,
Things i overheard,
Things i've stolen
And things i've been holding onto for too long.
I set myself the challenge to use a specific limited set of gear I know well and a single mono input channel to record. I allowed myself 10-20 minutes a piece to find a " thing " I could perform and 5 minutes to grab some words from the notes section of my phone . I then lay out a single take of improvisation on each idea while performing the words . Put it through a really basic " mastering chain " and call it done. i also set myself the challenge to try and complete and be pleased with an "albums" worth of music in a day.
I think i have achieved that and i hope you enjoy it.

Performed using a mixer with basic effects, feedback, no input mixing, a stripped back version of my modular synth, a guitar pedal and a home made tin can microphone.
